JTaylor, an independent accounting firm that provides tax, assurance, and consulting services to clients in Fort Worth and across the country, announced the promotions of Daniela Arroyo and Cole Hadley to partner.

“These promotions mark a long track record of success for both Daniela and Cole. This is one of the most personally rewarding parts of my role,” said Managing Partner Michael Malloy in a statement. “It is also an indication of a healthy firm providing support to grow and reward leaders like Daniela and Cole. We are incredibly fortunate to have them on our team.”

Arroyo earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UT Arlington in 2013 and joined JTaylor shortly thereafter.

Her expertise spans corporate, partnership, and individual income tax, with a focus on estates and trusts, real estate, and healthcare clients. She was named to the Fort Worth Business Press “40 Under 40” list in 2023 and recognized the same year as one of the “50 Emerging Leaders” by the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Arroyo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, serves on the board of directors for North Texas Area Community Health Centers, and remains active with the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber.

Hadley earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting from West Texas A&M University in 2018. After working at a CPA firm in Amarillo, he joined JTaylor in 2019. He has served clients across various industries, including agriculture, oil and gas, and real estate, and works closely with clients with substantial net worth and complex holdings.

In 2024, he participated in the Leading Edge program with Leadership Fort Worth. Hadley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and he serves on the board of directors for the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame.
