SAN ANTONIO – The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a CLEAR Alert for a man who was last seen Sunday morning,
62-year-old James Ricks was last seen around 8 am on Sunday, Oct. 4, near the corner of Eisenhauer Road and Tranquil Dawn on the Northeast Side.
Ricks stands about 5 feet and 5 inches tall, weighs about 175 pounds, and has brown eyes and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt, navy blue shorts, and white Nike shoes. He has a tattoo on his forearm. He is believed to be driving a white 2008 Chevrolet Impala with license plate XDM2747.
Anyone with any information on his location is asked to call 9-1-1 or call the San Antonio Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7273.
