Bruce Alan Whicker died on Oct. 1 due to blunt force injuries from the crash, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office website.

The crash occurred about 5 p.m. Sept. 28 along West Green Oaks Boulevard near Ron McAndrew Drive, Arlington police said in a news release.

Investigators determined a 2019 Cadillac XT5 was traveling southbound on Green Oaks when it went over the curb on Ron McAndrew Drive and hit a pole, police said. The car then rolled over, landing upright in a ditch alongside the road.
