Angels’ Race for Space 5K/20K
The family fun run is a space-themed race to celebrate the legacy of Apollo 7 astronaut Walt Cunningham. Participants can choose from a timed or untimed 5K or 10K run or virtual race option.
San Jacinto Fall Fandango
Step back in time in the vibrant spirit of the 1830s. Families can explore civilian life on the Texas frontier with historical activities for all ages, along with market vendors and food trucks.
Halloween Market
Throw on a costume for a fall evening with shopping and music, with over 60 local vendors, karaoke and a pumpkin decorating contest, among other activities.
Butler’s Courtyard 10th Annual Block Party
The block party and food truck festival will entail an evening full of food and music with live DJs. Halloween costumes are also encouraged.
Women in Music – Music in the Historic District
The League City Folk Association is celebrating women in music with seven female artists in all genres. Guests are welcome to bring their own chair, food and drinks.
3rd Annual Nutcracker Market
The market will be filled with festive shopping from various vendors, holiday cheer and family fun.
Wings Over Houston
The 42nd annual airshow will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds at Ellington Airport. This premier event is dedicated to showcasing vintage World War II aircraft, along with modern aviation.
November
Dia De Los Muertos – Day of the Dead Celebration
Guests can immerse themselves in the festive spirit of Dia De Los Muertos with fire spinners, live performances and music.
Bay Area Texas Heart Walk
The community event raises money for heart disease and stroke research. Attendees can walk as an individual, with family and friends or as part of a corporate team, with options to choose from a 1-mile, 2-mile or 5K route.

International Sweet Wine Fest
Sample 72 wines from the regions of France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Portugal, California, Washington and Texas. The festival will also feature small bites from Landry’s Seafood, Saltgrass Steak House, Aquarium Restaurant and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
