SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The 80s and the 90s will be coming to the Alamo City in 2027, so to speak.

Def Leppard is bringing its extensive rock catalog to San Antonio next year, with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees set to headline a 2027 North American tour alongside the Goo Goo Dolls.

The bands will perform at Frost Bank Center on Saturday, May 29, 2027, as part of the 45-date tour, which kicks off March 2 and runs through July 2 across the U.S. and Canada.

San Antonio fans can expect hits including Def Leppard’s “Pour Some Sugar on Me” and the Goo Goo Dolls’ Diamond-certified “Iris,” which has surpassed 6 billion global streams.

Def Leppard recently completed its third sold-out Las Vegas residency and has spent much of 2026 touring internationally. Its Greatest Hits compilation also recently landed on four U.K. charts, including two Top 10 debuts.

The Goo Goo Dolls have sold more than 15 million records worldwide and have received four Grammy nominations.

For every ticket sold, $1 will be donated to City of Hope, a cancer research and treatment organization.

General tickets for the San Antonio show go on sale Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. through Frost Bank Center and Ticketmaster.
