Believe it, pardner. The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo has officially hitched its wagon to All Hallows’ Eve with its first-ever Haunted Hayrides. The terror trailers make their maiden voyage Oct. 22-24 at the rodeo fairgrounds of the Freeman Coliseum and Expo Halls, 3201 E. Houston St.
Tickets are $28 at sarodeo.com. Proceeds benefit Texas youth through grants, scholarships, junior livestock auctions and other Stock Show & Rodeo programs.
Haunted Hayrides promises a journey through more than 20 creepy scenes and countless scares. Highlights include a haunted forest, pirates and butchers, all lit up with flashing lights and fog machines. Enjoy food, drinks and a live DJ while you wait, with rides departing every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Haunted Hayrides is recommended for ages 12 and older.
