SAN ANTONIO — University Hospital is asking for the public’s help to identify an unconscious patient that was taken to the hospital after being hit by a truck Saturday.

At the intersection of Culebra Road and General McMullen Drive at 6:40 p.m. Saturday, the hospital says the man walked in front of an oncoming vehicle and was severely injured. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Police say the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

The victim has been in the intensive care unit for the past six days but doesn’t have any form of identification or belongings.

The hospital hopes the public is able to properly identify the man. He is in his 30s or 40s, 5’0″ and 160 pounds. He does not have any scars or tattoos.
