The Henry will open a new location at Legacy West in Plano on Wednesday, Oct. 21. The restaurant will feature all-day service, from coffee and breakfast to cocktails and dinner.
Located at 7700 Windrose Ave., Suite G200, it will be the brand’s second location in D-FW and its third in Texas.
“Legacy West is the kind of dynamic, walkable community where The Henry fits naturally, and we’re looking forward to bringing our all-day approach to a new neighborhood,” said Emma Elmes, The Henry’s regional director of operations, in a statement.

The menu will include seasonal options in addition to The Henry’s standard lineup. Breakfast items will include avocado toast, original egg sandwiches and egg-white turkey omelettes, prepared with roasted turkey, smashed avocado, pico de gallo, Swiss cheese and parmesan.
The weekend brunch menu will include California burritos, huevos rancheros enchiladas and quinoa burritos, prepared with eggs, black beans, pasilla chile, blistered pepper, avocado and cotija.
The Henry will serve breakfast, coffee, brunch and dinner in Legacy West, in Plano.

For lunch and dinner, diners can choose from panko-crusted sea bass, filet mignon and Wagyu cheeseburgers, which come with lettuce, tomato, pickle, charred onion, white cheddar, American cheese, Henry sauce and French fries.
Dessert options will include lemon olive oil cake, chocolate fudge pie and banana-sticky date pudding, served with chai caramel, candied pecan and banana dulce de leche gelato.

The drinks menu will include a coffee bar with grab-and-go options and drinks such as The Rocket, made with espresso, toasted cinnamon and whole milk. Seasonal drinks will include pumpkin spice cold brew, pumpkin spice lattes and Spiced London Fog.
Cocktails will include The Greatest Neighborhood Margarita, Hank’s Espresso Martini, Lychee Martini, Amalfi Spritz and Western Goods, made with Angel’s Envy bourbon, loose-leaf chai, orange marmalade, Madagascar vanilla and pressed lemon. The restaurant will also offer local craft beers, wines from various regions and house-made nonalcoholic drinks.
The restaurant will have nearly 13,000 square feet, including a patio of more than 2,200 square feet that will wrap around the exterior. The design includes indoor and outdoor bars, an open kitchen, a full-service café and a private dinning room.

The Henry is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a group founded by restaurateur Sam Fox in Tucson, Ariz., in 1998. Its portfolio includes 12 concepts with more than 90 locations, including Flower Child, Culinary Dropout, North Italia and Blanco Cocina + Cantina.

The Henry Plano will open daily at 8 a.m. It will close at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
