The Henry, the beloved neighborhood restaurant from Fox Restaurant Concepts – the team behind Dallas favorites such as Flower Child and Culinary Dropout – is set to open its doors at Legacy West in Plano on Wednesday, October 21. Known for its thoughtfully crafted cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, inviting atmosphere and genuine hospitality, the Legacy West opening marks the brand’s continued expansion and third location in Texas.

PLANO’S NEW NEIGHBORHOOD SPOT
Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, The Henry Plano’s menu offers a thoughtful blend of familiar favorites and fresh, seasonal selections made with high-quality ingredients. The opening will coincide with a new seasonal menu across The Henry’s locations, featuring all-day staples and standout cocktails such as the Shrimp & Crab Louis, Cheesy Truffle Popovers, Lychee Martini and the Western Goods with Angel’s Envy bourbon, loose leaf chai, orange marmalade, Madagascar vanilla, pressed lemon.
Breakfast highlights include the Avocado Toast, Original Egg Sandwich and Egg White Turkey Omelette withroasted turkey, smashed avocado, Pico de Gallo, Swiss cheese and parmesan. During weekend brunch, guests can opt for favorites like the California Burrito, Huevos Rancheros Enchiladas and Quinoa Burrito witheggs, black bean, pasilla chili, blistered pepper, avocado, cotija. For lunch and dinner, shareable starters include the Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice, Pressed Yellowtail Sushi and Short Rib Potstickers, followed by entrées such as the Bolognese, Filet Mignon and Wagyu Cheeseburger withlettuce, tomato, pickle, charred onion, white cheddar, American cheese, henry sauce and French fries. For dessert, options include Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Chocolate Fudge Pie and Banana-Sticky Date Pudding with chai caramel, candied pecan, banana dulce de leche gelato.
The Henry’s beverage program is designed to suit any time of day, from a morning pick-me-up to a late-night cocktail. A dedicated coffee bar will offer grab-and-go options for early risers, business professionals and weekend visitors, along with creative coffee beverages like The Rocket made with espresso, toasted cinnamon and whole milk. Guests can also embrace the fall season with seasonal selections including the Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, Pumpkin Spice Latte and Spiced London Fog. Behind the bar, The Henry Plano will serve signature cocktails including The Greatest Neighborhood Margarita, Hank’s Espresso Martini and Amalfi Spritz withTito’s, strawberry soaked amaro, elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, alongside a rotating selection of local craft beers, a global wine list and house-made zero-proof beverages.
INSIDE THE PLANO LOCATION
The Henry Plano will span approximately 12,976 square feet, including a lush 2,233-square-foot patio that wraps around the exterior. Guests will enter through a full-service coffee bar before discovering an open kitchen, an indoor-outdoor bar and a private dining room for intimate gatherings. Rich forest green tones and dark wood finishes will bring warmth to the brand’s signature blend of industrial and classic design, creating a space that feels comfortable and familiar from day one. The Henry is located in Legacy West in Plano and will be open daily, offering all day dining from breakfast and morning coffee to lunch and dinner.
JOB FAIR
The Henry Plano is actively hiring for all positions ahead of the grand opening. A job fair is underway and will run through October 4 with on-site interviews conducted at the Legacy West location from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome.
