The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Del Estrado Townhomes, a 75-unit multifamily community in Lubbock, Texas. Built in 1972, the property offers an unusually spacious unit mix of three- and four-bedroom townhomes with attached garages, averaging approximately 1,818 square feet.
Guillermo Gameros represented the seller, a national institutional owner, and David Tello procured the buyer, a first-time TMG client from out of state. Throughout the transaction, TMG worked closely with all parties through lender underwriting and challenging debt market conditions to bring the deal to a successful close.
