Child Found: 8-year-old boy located after Sunday morning Amber Alert in Dallas

DPD reported the boy was found just before 10 a.m. Sunday

DALLAS, Texas — Dallas police say they have found a previously missing 8-year-old boy.

In a release, officials previously said “He was last seen on October 10, 2026, in the 6000 block of Pineland Drive at approximately 5:15 p.m.”

The Texas Department of Public Safety officially published the Amber Alert at 8 a.m. Sunday. Dallas police shared an update just before 10 a.m. the same day claiming the boy was “safely located.”
