NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — One suspect is in custody after leading North Richland Hills police on a short chase early Wednesday morning, authorities say.Â
According to police, they attempted to pull over a vehicle for suspected drunk driving on Highland Dr. The vehicle then took off, leading police on a short chase with speeds reaching over 100 miles per hour.Â
The suspect vehicle flipped and crashed into a pole, police say. Authorities on scene say the suspect was transported to the hospital and is expected to be okay.Â
No other injuries to civilians or officers were reported.Â
