A man is dead after a shooting in Dallas early Saturday morning.
Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2100 block of Royal Lane at approximately 2:10 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive man who was injured from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
The circumstances leading to and surrounding the shooting are still unknown.
No suspect information has been released.
The shooting investigation is ongoing.
