The 2026 regular season is rounding the corner on the final stretch as we’re only a few games away from Decision Day. As we move into a double-game week, the league has issued various scenarios for a number of clubs who can clinch a playoff spot this week.
And FC Dallas is one of them.
Below are the scenarios for clinching ahead of tomorrow’s home game against the Seattle Sounders.

The main point here is: win. Winning helps unlock a lot of chances for FC Dallas to lock up a playoff spot tomorrow night. But don’t be surprised if we need to wait until the weekend for Dallas to fully clinch a playoff spot.
