Less than two years after selling her “better for you” soda company, Poppi, to PepsiCo for roughly $2 billion dollars, Allison Ellsworth is back in business. In an Oct. 13, 2026 social post, the Austin-based founder teased the upcoming launch of her new beverage brand: Jetty.
After a successful appearance on Shark Tank, Ellsworth made a name for herself as a founder with a powerful instinct for branding and social media marketing. Now, she’s bringing those skills to a new venture.
Ellsworth hasn’t announced exactly what the new drink will be yet. Still, the newly launched Instagram page @whatisjetty offer a few hints. The logo, written in slanting, liquid-looking lettering on a washy blue and purple background has a Y2K feeling that’s both nostalgic and futuristic. “The everyday essential missing from your life launches November 9th,” reads the bio line.
The account’s first video is a front-facing video of Ellsworth herself speaking plainly to the camera. “After disrupting a big industry, I’m here for it again,” she said. “This next product I’m creating is something you need.”
Every bit of Ellsworth’s savviness is on full display with the initial tease of the rollout—the visuals are bold and bright, and the positioning begs for a rapt audience to speculate about what’s coming next. Along with the video, Ellsworth shared a link to a landing page where fans can sign up for upcoming brand updates. Check it out for yourself in the post below.
