SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Mudbugs return home, riding a five-game winning streak.
The team’s last loss came in the North American Hockey League showcase, on September 25 to the Pueblo Peppers, in Blaine, Minnesota.
Since then, the offense has continued to soar, with Evan Hoglund.
The forward is Shreveport’s leading scorer, with 17 points. Hoglund is the fourth best scorer in all of the NAHL.
However, no one in the locker room is surprised at the hot start. Defensemen, Antoine Cormier, spoke during the team’s media availability about how in camp he saw something special with this squad.
