Haunted houses? Check. Scary movie marathons? Obviously. But what about watching a classic horror story unfold right in front of you?
If you’re looking to switch things up this spooky season in El Paso, I’ve got another Halloween activity you might want to add to your list!
The El Paso Playhouse is bringing a classic horror story to the stage just in time for Halloween, and it might be the perfect excuse to grab some friends, get out of the house, and enjoy a spooky night at the theater.
Plus, you get to support local theater while you’re at it!
El Paso Playhouse Brings Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde to Life
This Halloween season, the El Paso Playhouse is taking audiences back to the foggy streets of Victorian London with its production of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
Adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher and directed by Rebecca Condra, the play tells the chilling story of Dr. Henry Jekyll, whose experiments unleash his darker alter ego, Edward Hyde.
And if you thought dealing with one personality was difficult, imagine having two, especially when one of them is a dangerous villain!
As Jekyll struggles to control his sinister other half, the two become locked in a deadly battle for control.
It’s a classic horror story filled with suspense, dark secrets, and just the right amount of creepiness for Halloween.
