Indeed Flex is an app that connects job seekers with temporary and temp-to-hire positions based on their availability, preferred pay and location.
“The good thing about it is that you don’t have to keep applying to different employers,” Alejandro explained.
Indeed Flex serves as the employer of record, meaning eligible workers are paid as W-2 employees and may qualify for benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Depending on availability and eligibility, workers may be able to pick up shifts within the same week.
How to get started with Indeed Flex
Getting started begins with downloading the Indeed Flex app, creating a profile and completing the verification process.
Once approved, job seekers can browse available shifts based on their experience, desired pay and preferred schedule.
Alejandro also shared that some positions offer same-day pay, giving workers an opportunity to access earnings shortly after completing eligible shifts.
Indeed Flex is giving away $25,000 this holiday season
Indeed Flex is celebrating the holiday season with its Bills on Flex campaign, a sweepstakes designed to give back to workers.
Running from October through December 31, the campaign will award 45 cash prizes totaling $25,000.
“Every shift that you work gets you into those sweepstakes,” Alejandro shared.
The cash prizes are intended to help workers with everyday expenses, including bills and other living costs. Alejandro explained that winners won’t be required to provide receipts showing how they spend their winnings.
Participants should review the official sweepstakes rules for eligibility and entry requirements.
