Plano police found a person dead with a gunshot wound in an alley behind a home Tuesday evening.
Officers responded about 5:30 p.m. to a shooting in the 900 block of Middle Cove Drive, where they discovered the wounded person, police said.
Plano Fire-Rescue pronounced the person dead at the scene. Police later identified him as Daniel Ariel Rosales, 17, of Plano.
The department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is investigating. Two suspects, who are both 17, were arrested. They now face capital murder charges, according to police.
