SAN ANTONIO – Police responded to a report of a cutting on the 1300 block of Cupples Road at 11:37 p.m. Saturday. A 35-year-old man told them he had been in a fight with another man who then pulled out a knife and stabbed him under his arm.
The man told officers he would take himself to the hospital for his injuries. According to police, the suspect, described as a man between 20 and 25 years old, ran from the scene before officers got there.
No arrests have been made. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
