SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio lawyer has been arrested on two counts of child indecency, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by News 4/Fox SA.
Martin Phipps, 57, was arrested on Friday for indecency with a child sexual contact and indecency with a child exposure, according to Bexar County jail records.
According to the affidavit, Phipps forced two children, a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, to sleep in bed with him while he was nude.
He also frequently walked around the home nude while the children were present, the affidavit states.
The affidavit states Phipps also watched pornography and touched himself while in bed with the children. The court document also alleges Phipps inappropriately touched the boy.
Jail records show Phipps bonded out on Saturday.
