Hunt Realty has big plans for the NorthEnd district next to Victory Park, and the Dallas company offered a brief glimpse into what could be the project’s next phase. A 30-story office tower could soon rise next to Goldman Sachs’ $709 million campus.

Commercial real estate brokerage JLL published a listing for NorthEnd Tower, a proposed office high-rise at 2345 N. Field St. last week. The marketing material offers scant and preliminary details, but the 30-story high-rise would total nearly 670,000 square feet and retail occupying the building’s first two floors. The tower’s average floor size would be just above 22,000 square feet, according to the listing.

Property owners often market office properties before construction begins as anchor tenants are lined up and necessary financing is sought. Details around the project are subject to change depending on tenant needs. No city permits have been filed for the address as of Monday. Hunt Realty declined to comment and JLL did not immediately respond to questions about the proposed tower.

The listing is the latest update on the highly anticipated Field Street project  — a cornerstone of Dallas’ Y’all Street financial district around the Victory Park and Uptown neighborhoods.

Goldman Sachs is taking 3 acres of the site for its $709 million campus. The New York investment bank and financial services company could have more than 5,000 employees there. The 800,000-square-foot-campus reached its highest point — also known as topping out — in November 2025. Work on the building’s interior continues, and Goldman Sachs is scheduled to move into the site in 2028.

In June 2022, the Dallas City Council voted to provide more than $18 million in economic incentives to support the bank’s new campus. The development builds on the bank’s longstanding commitment to North Texas. Goldman Sachs has been in the Dallas area since 1968, and the region is already home to the firm’s second-largest office in the United States.

As of July, Goldman Sachs had about 500,000 square feet of office space in North Texas with downtown Dallas’ Trammell Crow Center accounting for the largest share.

Plans for the NorthEnd project were first announced in 2020, and construction on Goldman Sachs’ campus began in 2023. In addition to the campus, the project is expected to include additional offices, residential and hotel towers and retail space built around a 1.5-acre park.
