The home first hit the market for $11.75 million in November 2025, and the price dropped to $6 million about a month later, according to Zillow. The mansion has been on and off the market since then.

A previous auction took place in December and resulted in a winning bid of $6.72 million, according to previous reporting from The Dallas Morning News.

However, Hershenberg said the deal fell through. Hershenberg didn’t say why the sale didn’t go through. He said the reason for why the sale didn’t occur is between the buyer and the seller.

The residence was built by J. Lambert Custom Homes. The mansion has seven bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms and five half bathrooms. One feature that stands out is the ceilings, Hershenberg said.

“It almost feels like you’re stepping into the Vatican or the Sistine Chapel with the high arches and the painting and things that are in the arches,” Hershenberg said.
