LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The second day of early voting in Texas ended with more than 4,300 people voting in person in Webb County, according to the Webb County Elections Office.
Mail-in ballots decreased, with just over 40 received on the second day.
The combined total as of the second day is nearly 9,700 people who have cast their ballots.
