EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Ysleta Independent School District has extended the deadline for teachers and administrators who want to resign or retire and get the $7,500 incentive.
According to a YISD spokesperson, the new deadline for employees to submit their resignation or retirement letter is Friday, Nov. 20, at 5 p.m.
The original deadline was Oct. 9.

The spokesperson said that so far 59 employees have qualified for the incentive.
