Students in four San Antonio public school districts will have the day off on Election Day, according to district calendars. Schools often serve as polling sites in Bexar County.
Northside, North East, Judson and Southwest independent school districts cancelled class on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Judson ISD will also be closed Monday, Nov. 2.
Two other districts — Edgewood and Harlandale ISDs — will be closed for students on Nov. 2 but will reopen on Election Day.
The following districts have no planned schedule changes on Nov. 3:
Families should check district websites and look for communication from their campus or district for changes in school schedules.
All San Antonio colleges and universities will have school as usual on Election Day.
