LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The No. 3 Lubbock-Cooper Liberty Patriots (8-0, 2-0 district) showed no stage fright whatsoever Friday night. In one of the year’s most-anticipated regular season matchups, Lubbock-Cooper Liberty dominated Estacado (8-1, 2-1) 63-18 in front of a sellout crowd.
Next week, the Patriots will look to go 9-0 when they make the short trip west to take on the high-scoring Levelland Lobos. Estacado will be off next week before hosting Levelland on “Thursday Night Throwdown”.
