EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 33-year-old Paisa gang member was arrested on two warrants in East El Paso County, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct Six.
Cesar Saucedo, 33, was arrested on a probation violation/robbery warrant with no bond, and on a no driver’s license warrant with a $375 bond. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.

Around 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, a deputy constable was on patrol when he saw a man entering a vehicle near a residence along the 15200 block of Laguna Azule Avenue, and recognized the man as Saucedo with an active criminal warrant, according to the Constable’s Office.
As Saucedo pulled out onto the road, the deputy constable conducted a traffic stop. The deputy constable “positively identified” Saucedo and requested a warrant check through the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch.
The Constable’s Office said that Saucedo is confirmed to be a Paisa gang member.
The Sheriff’s Office Dispatch confirmed that Saucedo was wanted on a probation violation/robbery warrant. He was then placed under arrest and transported to the detention facility.
