LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Aspen Creek Grill Lubbock will launch its second annual Gifts That Give Back drive on Oct. 28. Through Jan. 5, 2027, guests can donate Aspen Creek gift cards to five local organizations, each featured for two weeks. The restaurant aims to provide $3,500 in gift-card value to its partners, following $2,790 raised in the first year.
Guests are welcome to donate in any amount to help the featured nonprofit, with this year receiving a new special: guests that donate $25 will receive a FREE appetizer card for their next visit.
Gifts That Give Back also builds on Aspen Creek Grill’s existing gift-card promotion: buy $50 in gift cards and get a $10 Lift Pass, or buy $100 and get a $25 Lift Pass. A Lift Pass is a one-time-use reward that takes up to its stated value off food and nonalcoholic drinks on a future visit. Guests can donate the gift card they purchase to the featured nonprofit and keep the Lift Pass for themselves. If a purchase qualifies for both a Lift Pass and the free appetizer card, the guest chooses one reward.
After each nonprofit two-week feature, Aspen Creek Grill will total its donated gift cards and add a bonus in gift-card value based on those same seasonal bonus rates (ex. If $1,000 is raised, Aspen Creek Grill will donate $250 in Lift Passes).
