SAN ANTONIO – The FBI is searching for a Colombian man with ties to San Antonio who is wanted in connection with an alleged money laundering operation involving drug proceeds sent from the United States to Colombia.
Victor Julian Duque, 41, also known as Victor Julian Duque Tobon, is wanted on a federal charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his location and arrest.
According to federal investigators, Duque allegedly helped launder large amounts of cash generated through drug trafficking in the United States.
Authorities say the money was funneled through fictitious businesses to conceal its origins before being transferred to Colombia.
A federal arrest warrant was issued for Duque on October 22, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami.
The FBI says Duque has ties to both San Antonio and Pereira, Colombia, although investigators have not disclosed the nature of his connections to Texas.
