Kathleen Pearl Gamez May 29, 1953 – Oct. 15, 2026 Kathleen P. Gamez, 73, passed away peacefully at her home in Northlake, Texas. Kathleen was born May 29,1953 to Evelyn R. Keller (Russell) and James E. Keller. She was raised in Plymouth, Indiana and graduated with her Bachelors in Education from Tennessee Temple University where she met her first husband Bruce W. Gay. They had four children Kendra A. Gay, Warren J. (Tiffany) Costanzo, John D. (Jennifer) Keller and Kimberly J. (Trevor) Nerpel. She taught at the elementary school level for over 20 years. On March 4th, 2006 she married the love of her life Henry (Hank) L. Gamez. She was an active member of Gateway Southlake Church and could always be found reading her bible. She enjoyed volunteering and went on several mission trips including one to Kenya, Africa. What she enjoyed most was spending quality time with her grandchildren and watching all their achievements; playing board games, puzzles and watching the birds in her backyard. A celebration of life will be held at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas on December 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and James Keller. She is survived by husband, Hank L. Gamez, children – Kendra Gay, Warren Costanzo, John Keller and Kimberly Nerpel, daughter-in-laws – Tiffany Costanzo and Jennifer Keller, son-in-law, Trevor Nerpel, grandchildren; John Kreideweis, Hailey Kreidweis, Landon Keller, Alexander Costanzo, Caleb Keller, Lorelei Costanzo, Adalyn Keller, Wade Nerpel and Wyatt Nerpel, her brother – David J. (Bonnie) Keller along with many other nieces, cousins and loving family and friends.
