SAN ANTONIO – A man faces felony charges after a woman accused him of sexual assault and kidnapping at her workplace earlier this month.

33-year-old Ricardo De Leon Lopez Jr. is charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping in relation to an alleged assault on Oct. 1 at a business located in the 500 block of West Hildebrand Avenue. Court documents show that he was arrested and booked into the Bexar County Jail.

Detectives tell us the case began when an adult woman spoke with police about what happened while she was at work. Officers reported that the woman told them Lopez, who was her employer, twice restrained her in a nonpublic side room at the workplace. She said the first act happened September 30. Then she said Lopez attacked her again the next day.
