LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Levelland’s new water, wastewater, and sanitation rates go into effect Sunday, November 1.
The city approved the cost adjustments in September, saying they’ll help cover higher costs for ongoing work, equipment, infrastructure, and resources.
