Construction on Saigon Café in Humble began in mid-October, according to a Nov. 4 TDLR filing.
According to the filing, the roughly $125,000 project will consist of building out a 1,200-square-foot facility to house the new restaurant.
Saigon Café will offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including banh mi, vermicelli, pho, and rolls, according to the restaurant’s website.
While a projected opening date had not yet been announced as of press time, construction is expected to wrap up in December.
