Quarterback Beck Berry tossed three touchdown passes and rushed for another, and Shane Parker and Cade Kirby combined for five scores as Jesuit rolled past Arlington Lamar in a Class 6-A Division I, Region 2 bi-district playoff contest at Ranger Stadium.

Following a 14-14 first quarter, Jesuit (6-5) assumed control with 34 second-period points, including a touchdown run and pass from Berry. In addition, Kirby and Parker each added scores to give Jesuit a 48-21 halftime advantage.

Berry, who completed 11-of-13 passes for 293 yards, then connected with Parker on a 23-yard scoring pass midway through the third quarter to seal the victory for Jesuit. For the game, Parker rushed for a game-high 124 yards in addition to catching four passes for 39 yards.

Meanwhile, quarterback Jayden Shaw was valiant in defeat for Arlington Lamar (5-6) as he completed 21-of-30 passes for 459 yards and six touchdowns, including three to Khamill Pruitt.

In the third quarter, Ty Daboub ran 34 yards for a touchdown, Beck Berry threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Shane Parker, Jayden Shaw threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Tyshawn Rollins, and Jayden Shaw threw a 76-yard touchdown pass to Khamill Pruitt.

In the final quarter, Cooper McGough kicked a 35-yard field goal, and Jayden Shaw threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Jamar Roberts.
