LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A federal grand jury in Lubbock has indicted a man on two charges related to child pornography.
Richard Maldonado was formally charged this week with possession and distribution of explicit images involving children.
According to court documents, Maldonado was found with pictures of a child younger than 12 years old.
He is also accused of receiving and sending the material through interstate and foreign commerce, meaning the images were either sent online or mailed.
