The Houston area will get its first Primark this week, with the brand’s newest location set to open in Katy on Thursday.

The store inside the Katy Mills mall marks the affordable clothing retailer‘s third Texas location and continues the European brand’s expansion into the United States. Of its 470 stores globally, Primark operates 33 in the U.S. and has signed leases for another 18, including a flagship store expected to open in New York City next year.

Primark is also opening locations in the Chicago, Illinois area this week and in Grapevine, Texas, next month.

In a statement, Primark US President Kevin Tulip said the openings “reflect the incredible demand we’re seeing across the country for affordability without sacrifice.”

The Dublin-headquartered fast fashion chain is known for its low prices. At the Katy location, women’s denim will start at $12, while men’s T-shirts will sell for as little as $5, according to Primark. Primark’s other Texas stores are in El Paso and McAllen.

A grand opening celebration on Nov. 20 will inaugurate the Katy store, featuring live music and giveaways.
