EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy Saturday, Borderland. Halfway through the weekend and dry, warm conditions will persist until Monday.

Sunday’s highs will be in the low 80s with sunny skies. Ahead of the cold front, gusty winds will blow from the southwest around 5-15 mph with gusts around 20 mph. Due to the dry conditions, blowing dust in areas is possible. Overnight the low will be around 47.

For Monday and Tuesday, a cold front drops the temperatures to more average highs of the upper 60s. Winds will be on the breezy end. Skies will be more overcast. Overnight lows will be in the lower to mid-40s.

Wednesday and Thursday both have slight chances for precipitation. The high on Wednesday will be closer to mid 60s with Thursday having a high in the low 60s

Friday into the weekend will be cooler with conditions appearing to remain in the low 60s range. Conditions should be fairly calm with mostly sunny skies.
