A new indoor amusement experience is coming to Northeast Tarrant County this fall. Vellix Adventure, a next-generation family entertainment center, has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at Mayfair Village in Hurst, JLL announced this week.
The site will serve as the company’s flagship location, with a grand opening slated for Nov. 1.
Represented in lease negotiations by Michael Williams, vice president at JLL, Vellix Adventure brings a mix of high-energy and tech-driven attractions — from trampolines and virtual-reality experiences to ropes courses and other indoor challenges. Ashley Selers of Phillips Edison & Company represented the landlord.
“We are redefining today’s amusement park by combining technology with classic attractions for a truly dynamic experience,” said Reon Choi, operations director at Vellix, in a statement. “We’re thrilled to open our doors in Hurst and give back to the community that has supported us through this venture.”
Designed for kids “of all ages,” Vellix Adventure blends physical activity with immersive digital play. The concept emphasizes safety and quality through carefully monitored attractions, a curated food-and-beverage menu, and multiple pricing tiers, including Platinum, Tyke, and Parent passes, as well as party packages for birthdays and group events.
Anchored by Tom Thumb, Mayfair Village spans more than 100,000 square feet and includes Planet Fitness, Total Med Solutions, and Ollie’s among its tenants. Located along Grapevine Highway, the center offers prominent visibility in one of Northeast Tarrant County’s busiest retail corridors.
“The brand is bringing every kid’s dream to life in one convenient location, and it will be the perfect addition to the Fort Worth metro area,” Williams said. “We look forward to what is sure to be a successful grand opening celebration for Vellix Adventure.”
Vellix Adventure will host a soft opening beginning Oct. 27, featuring community events and special discounts for local residents, according to a press release.
