LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock Ballet’s annual production of “The Nutcracker” stopped by Covenant Children’s Hospital today to give current patients a preview of the ballet.
This exclusive show has been going for more than a decade and each year it leaves an impact with the audience.
“I think it makes them feel seen and special and then have a moment to be whisked away to this magical place with beautiful music,” Christine Neugebauer, manager of integrated care at Covenant Children’s, said.
The community can journey through “The Land of the Sweets” at the Buddy Holly Hall next month.
The Lubbock Ballet production will take center stage Dec. 11 through Dec. 14.
