HOUSTON – A person is in a hospital and a delivery driver is being questioned after a shootout between the two near the Houston Heights area, according to police.

Houston Police reported the shooting Wednesday night around 10th and Dorothy Streets.
A woman was allegedly struck in a shootout between her and a delivery driver during a “disturbance.”
The woman was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.
Police say the driver waited for police at the scene and is being questioned.
