AUSTIN, Texas – A ground delay has been issued for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

What we know:

According to the FAA, on Friday, Nov. 21, a ground delay was issued for all departures at the Austin airport until 9 p.m.

Travelers should expect a near hour delay. 

The FAA said the ground delay is due to weather.

Travelers are being asked to connect with their airlines for flight statuses.
