Silver Alert issued for missing El Paso man

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 75-year-old El Paso man.

El Paso Police say that Primitivo Chavez, 75, was last seen at about 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22. He left a care facility located at the 3100 block of Forney Lane in East El Paso and has not been heard from since.

Chavez has a medical condition that requires medication, and he does not have any means of communication, authorities say.

The El Paso Police Department is asking for help in finding him.
