SAN ANGELO, Texas (November 23, 2025) — Lubbock Christian University placed three players on the Lone Star Conference Championship All-Tournament Team Saturday, as freshmen Emilee Sikora and Camdyn Sears and senior Abby Dominguez were honored following the Lady Chaps’ runner-up finish inside Junell Center/Stephens Arena.

Sikora, a freshman outside hitter from San Angelo, Texas, delivered one of the tournament’s most dominant offensive performances. She finished third among all LSC Championship competitors with 46 kills (4.18 per set), including 23 in Thursday’s five-set win over Oklahoma Christian—tied for the highest single-match total for the tournament. She also produced 50.0 points (third in the tournament) and recorded four blocks while helping lead LCU to its first-ever appearance in the championship match.

Dominguez, a senior libero from Snyder, Texas, led all tournament players with 76 digs (6.91 per set). She posted 37 digs in Thursday’s quarterfinal victory, the highest total by any player in the tournament and tied for the program’s seventh-most in a five-set match. Her tournament performance pushed her to 617 digs on the season, moving her into LCU’s all-time top 10 for single-season digs and marking her 15th career match with 20-plus digs.

Sears, a freshman setter from Midland, Texas, capped her history-making week—having already become the first player in LSC history to win Setter of the Year and Freshman of the Year in the same season—by leading all setters in the tournament with 131 assists (11.91 per set). She opened with 63 assists and a career-high 24 digs against Oklahoma Christian before adding double-doubles in both the semifinal and championship matches. Sears also contributed nine kills, 49 digs and three blocks across the three-match run.

The selections mark just the fifth, sixth and seventh All-Tournament recognitions in program history, joining past honorees Sage Chain (2021), Jalee Sims (2021), Maddie DeGuire (2019) and Leddie Rae Guinn (2024).

LCU finished the tournament 2–1, advancing to the LSC title match for the first time in program history before falling to top-seeded Angelo State. The Lady Chaps moved to 25–7 overall and remain positioned for their first NCAA Division II postseason berth, which will be announced Monday on NCAA.com (6:30 p.m.).
