The Eagles lost to the Cowboys. It sucked. They choked away a three touchdown lead when those jokers were dead and buried. Bad loss, bad vibes.

Here’s a list of every mistake and missed opportunity, from penalties to turnovers and poor decision making (in no particular order) –

Fred Johnson false start

Fred Johnson hands to the face

Cam Jurgens false start

Tyler Steen holding

Sydney Brown illegal motion

DeVonta Smith “offensive pass interference” (terrible call)

Hurts throwing high for A.J. Brown on what would have been a first down

A.J. false start

Matt Pryor illegal formation on a big gain that would have given the Eagles a 1st down in Dallas half

Eagles 12 men on the field

Cameron Latu running into the kicker

Josh Uche illegal block

Kelee Ringo defensive pass interference

Zack Baun drops an interception

Jake Elliott misses a 56-yard field goal

Xavier Gipson decides to field a punt at the two yard line (mistake 1)

Gipson fumbles five seconds later (mistake 2)

Saquon Barkley fumbling in Dallas territory

Saquon slips or just doesn’t have enough burst to move the sticks after that dump off catch (he is not himself this year, yes the line has been poor, but he also doesn’t seem to have it)

Jalen Hurts takes a ridiculous sack on 3rd and 2 of the final drive

Michael Carter II running into Quinyon Mitchell on the play that got Dallas into field goal range

Nick Sirianni doing whatever he was doing with those timeouts at the end

offense just generally being shit for two and a half quarters

What did I miss? I think I got mostly everything. Email me at k.kinkead@sportradar.com with omissions and we’ll update.
