From sizzling spices to mouthwatering flavors, Dorrego’s latest pan-Latin dishes are turning heads. Corderro was inside Hotel Valencia Riverwalk at Dorrego’s Restaurant, where their chef has developed a brand-new dish, and Corderro was one of the first to try it!
The updated menu draws inspiration from Spain, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Chef Mark Scheck introduced the new Seafood Fideuà, a Spanish dish packed with a medley of fresh seafood and bold flavors.
The menu is designed to be flavorful and a bit experimental, offering a wide variety of options. From prime steaks to rich, juicy hamburgers, there’s something for every palate.
This weekend, Dorrego’s is teaming up with Distill Austin for a special event. Plus, during the Día de los Muertos river parade, they’ll be serving up fresh tacos right along the Riverwalk.
