Firewheel Town Center will host Holiday in the Park on December 6. The event is sponsored by Alta Firewheel.
The center invites families to enjoy music from the Garland Brass Quintet. The event also features choir shows from two local schools.
Guests can meet pets from the Garland Animal Shelter. Free hot chocolate will come from Beeso Coffee.
A gingerbread activity will be led by the Girl Scouts. Children can enjoy free face painting during the event.
