HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is at the scene of an officer-involved shooting in north Houston, according to authorities.
There is a heavy police presence at the intersection of East Crosstimbers and Hardy Street.
Details are limited, but police say officers were called to the area about a disturbance.
One officer is believed to have shot their weapon and the suspect allegedly shot themselves, police say.
