HOUSTON – Two teens were shot at a large block party in Sunnyside.
Police said there was a shooting at Cloverland Park on Hickok Lane and Scott Street at about 11 p.m. Saturday.
Officers found a boy shot in the stomach and a girl shot in the leg.
They were both taken to the hospital.
The boy later died, and the girl was in stable condition.
Both were believed to be juveniles.
“We do know that there was a large crowd gathered here and evidently a shooting took place. We do not have any suspect’s information at this time or any vehicle information at this time,” said Lt. Ali with the Houston Police Department.
