LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Adam Hernandez announced his candidacy for Lubbock City Council District 3.
Hernandez is a Lubbock native and entrepreneur. He served as the communications chair for Lubbock Compact and ran for mayor in 2022 last year.
If elected, he will focus on “animal control services, codes enforcement, road maintenance, improving parks and recreation facilities.”
The District 3 seat is currently held by David Glasheen.
The municipal elections are in May.
